The Aquaculture Summit panel, Using Hatcheries to Replenish Wild Stocks, included Dr. Conrad Mahnken of the Washington State Fish & Wildlife Commission as moderator (standing at left), along with panelists (seated l-r) Tom Raftican of the United Anglers of Southern California, Dr. Yoni Zohar of the University of Maryland Biotechnology Institute, Dr. Larry McKinney of the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department, Dr. Tom McIlwain of the Gulf Coast Research Lab, and Dr. Ken Leber of the Mote Marine Lab's Center for Fisheries Enhancement.
